FAQ for Celebration Connection 

•  Why is there no Tyre or Dogwalk Allowed
Due to the size of the dogwalk it was thought that it may encourage dogs to get on at awkward angles causing unsteady and possible dangerous footing. Tyre angles are always a problem and as with the dogwalk we do not want to encourage attempting obstacles from dangerous positions .

•  If my dog runs through the wings of a jump that's down will I be faulted.
No it may be that the only safe route to a bonus is through a fallen jump

•  If my dog breaks the wait but doesn't cross the start line can I go back and re-set up.
Probably but ultimately this will be at the Judges discretion

•  Why can't I go back and re-set my dog up if it goes past the first jump.
Technically once the dog has gone passed the start line you are deemed to be on the course and the round has started, touching the dog would be seen as training in the ring and you would be eliminated.

•  What happens if I touch the dog while in the ring.
Deliberate handling will result in elimination.

•  What happens if my dog attempts a 4th jump but knocks it down and then goes on to a bonus obstacle.
You would be eliminated for doing the wrong Course

•  What would happen if the handler knocks a jump down.
Nothing, unless there were only 2 left standing or you were unable to complete a 3 rd jump. This would result in elimination

•  What if my dog goes under a jump.
Nothing the jump is not counted

•  What if my dog takes an obstacle or jump on the way to the finish, after the whistle has blow.
Nothing unless the judge deems that you are training and you will be asked to leave the ring with a void score

•  What if my dogs knocks the start obstacle over.
Nothing so long as the timing starts if not it is at judges discretion

•  Can my dog jump the same jump more than once in a round
Yes so long as you attempt a bonus in-between

•  Can my dog jump the jump that's part of the see saw bonus in any direction
Yes

•  What if my dog doesn't complete the weaves correctly
Failed bonus

•  What Grades will the competition be held at
Initially the same as the old Gamblers which was at least 6-7 but other grades may be added at the discretion of the hosting club

•  We like the idea of the connection class is it possible to run a non qualifier version at our show.
Yes but you cannot call it Celebration Connection, just 'connection' would be fine
